We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket, custom shipping, or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 50 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of primalstock.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

I ordered coronorus in peak. The goods came within a month. Covers are soft. Still not worn on the seats, I think it will do, TC by reviews read, that on Honda CR-V will do!!!!

Excellent quality. I didn't expect the seat covers to be so high-quality. They were a little difficult to install due to the car seats already having a backing between the seat and seat back but if you put the seat back far enough it is easier. Well made, comfortable padding. Headrest fit is extremely impressive. I bought these instead of buying a new car with heated seats. They work, even when bitter cold outside. Made my older car look spiffy again as well. My daughter loves the one for the passenger seat
My son wanted winter seat covers and these didn't disappoint. They were reasonably priced and fit our Honda Pilot 2004 perfectly. Very importantly, they don't shed like I was afraid they might. I fell in love with this seat cover: great quality (like genuine sheepskin), super soft and comfortable. Shipping was faster than expected.

These seat covers are very nice. They came way faster then they said. I didn’t notice any bad smell. I waited for these to come before I ordered the back seat cover (just lays on the seat bottom) from this same seller, I can’t comment on how they hold up because I just put them on this week. But they look very good, chic covers. Now it is comfortable to sit in a not heated car. Do not slip, soft.
They seem to be as good or better than any sheepskin seat covers I've ever seen or used. They "appear" to be a single hide and the straps and back are much better than any I've purchased, have very good stitching and solid materials make them a definite a step above the other local store covers. Over all I'm very impressed, I will update after install and wear time has passed as necessary. They look and feel luxurious.
Delivery is fast, the quality is good, not sure that the fur is natural. On the photo look worse than live.
The seat cover itself is pretty and very warm (perhaps not the best thing for summer heat, but great for winter). Looks great in the car. The way it is designed, I would think it would fit almost any bucket seat with a head rest. Also it doesn't slide around when I get in and out of the seat, which had been a problem with other covers. It's just as wonderfully comfortable as it looks like it would be. I had been a little concerned that the tan straps on the back would look bad on my gray seat, but it's fine.

Even with the thick black wool it has been comfortable so far during this Hot summer ..cozy feel ...no odor like some others I've had in the past ....not really sure about durability because I haven't had it that long-- but looks and feels like it should last... I like the covers, it is very comfortable.
